We start with rigid binders board that has been engineered to specifications which allow for 4×6 index tabs, 4×6 sheet protectors, 4×6 lined paper. Hand wrap with these types of material: Gray, burgundy calf, bridle brown cloth or black Ubonga for an exclusive feel and durability. Glue in the 10pt lining.

Once the glue wrapped 4×6 index binders have cured for 48 hours, we work the hinges and rivet in the specialized straight D or RR  2 ring nickel plated metal that has a unique 4.25 inch center-to-center spacing. Which is mounted on the 6 inch long side with nickel plated rivets.

No worries we hole punch the Ruled lined Index Card paper for you, each 4×6 index ring binder comes with a quantity of 25 4×6 lined paper and you have the option to purchase more. Also included are a quantity of 3 4×6 index tabs that are made from 90# paper stock.
